Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting of Clondalkin RFC will take place on Wednesday 25th May 2016 at 8.00pm in the Clubhouse, Gordon Park, Kingswood, Clondalkin.
Motions for the meeting may be left at the bar or with any committee member on or before Friday 20th May. Motions for the meeting may also be emailed to the Hon. Secretary at brian.white@dublincity.ie no later than Friday 20th May.
Nominations for the Election of Officers, Committee members and Club Captain may also be completed and left at the bar or with any committee member on or before Friday 20th May. They may also be emailed to the Hon. Secretary at the above email address no later than Friday 20th May.
Any person who is nominating, seconding or being proposed must be a fully paid up member of Clondalkin Rugby Football Club.
