Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting of Clondalkin RFC will take place on Wednesday 28th May 2014 at 8.00pm in the Clubhouse, Gordon Park, Kingswood, Clondalkin.
Motions for the meeting may be left at the bar or with any committee member on or before Friday 23rd May. Motions for the meeting may also be emailed to the Hon. Secretary at brian.white@dublincity.ie no later than Friday 23rd May.
Nominations for the Election of Officers, Committee members and Captains may also be completed and left at the bar or with any committee member on or before Friday 23rd May. They may also be emailed to the Hon. Secretary at the above email address no later than Friday 23rd May.
Nominations for Club Honours may also be completed and left at the bar or with any committee member on or before Friday 23rd May. They may also be emailed to the Hon. Secretary at the above email address no later than Friday 23rd May.
Any person who is nominating, seconding or being proposed must be a fully paid up member of Clondalkin Rugby Football Club.
