Everyone at Clondalkin RFC is terribly saddened to learn of the untimely passing of our friend and colleague, Barrie Dunphy. Father of the great u18 player, Jake, Barrie was a man of great initiative and integrity, who was always willing to help out the club in any way he could, through coaching, running the line, lifts to games, encouraging the players, or wise words in the huddle. Famously, he was never afraid to let a referee know when the team was getting a raw deal and he was unwavering in his support for Clon.

We would like to offer our love, support, and deepest sympathy to Anne Marie, Jake and Jessica. He brought a great sense of fun to everything he did and he will be greatly missed. Suaimhneas síoraí dá anam.

The Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday morning arriving for Requiem Mass at 11 o’clock followed by burial in adjoining Cemetery.
