Clondalkin AGM was held on 28th May in the Clubhouse which saw the Presidency being handed over from Tom Duffy to Frank Lynam. Many thanks to Tom for his hard work over the year and best of luck to Frank for the coming season.
A further thanks to all members of the Executive for their commitment and contribution over the course of the season and a special mention to Chris McGlynn who steps down after over 30 years service on the Executive Committee.
Simon King was confirmed as Club Captain for the season 2014/2015, Mairead Holohan as Women’s Captain and Jason Radcliffe as 3rd’s Captain. Congratulations to all and the best of luck for next year.
The Club Awards for the 2013/2014 season were announced:
- 1st Team Player of the Year: Sean Brennan
- 2nd Team Player of the Year: Tom McGrath
- 3rd Team Player of the Year: Rory Dunne
- 4th Team Player of the Year: Eamonn Stapleton
- Women’s Team Player of the Year: Shona Byrne
- Clubman of the Year: Eugene Noble
- Youth Section Person of the Year: Robert Hayes.
